- Shipping & Delivery
Our shopping cart reflects a shipping cost based from the rates given by our shipping provider and you are entitled to choose the method of your preference. Although, some items may require additional fees for handling due to size and weight which will automatically be included on the shipping fee on your invoice. We assume that all items are going to a single address within the bounds of the United States. Rates are subject to change without notice.- Returns & Replacement
Your satisfaction is our primary goal. However, if you receive a product that isn't right for you and need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
- Item must be in new, unused and resalable condition, and must include original packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense, unless El Toro Pharmacy/Health Plus made an error.
- Any defective wheelchairs or scooters will be accepted for repair or replacement at our discretion within 30 days from receipt of product. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
- For Hygienic considerations, bath safety and mattresses are non-returnable.
- Some products require a 15% restocking fee for returns. These include:
- Lift chairs
- Power Wheelchairs
- Hospital Beds
- Therapeutic Shoes
All returned products require a Return Authorization (RA). NO returns will be accepted without a RA number. Please include your name, order number, Manufacturer and product model description. Please contact us at (949) 580-1724 / (949) 235-8326 to obtain a RA number.
Products returned without an RA number will not be credited. For full credit, items must be shipped within 14 days from the day the RA number and shipping information were provided.
We recommend insuring larger items for their retail value to protect against shipping damage.- Account Privacy
During sign-up or registration, we expect that the information you submit to us is coming from a valid source which is you or a legal representative acting on-behalf of the person who wants to use the site. Once you receive your credentials, you immediately become responsible of securing it or making it confidential. We will not sell nor disclose your personal information to anyone unless it has been requested by the United States government. We will only use it within us or with our third party providers for the purpose of improving our services so you can have a better online shopping experience. We may also use it to inform you on special offers and promotions organized from time to time.- Website Security
This site is protected by goDaddy's SSL Certificate. You will notice a green bar on your browser's URL if you are using a modern browser. This means that the site is trusted and your information are kept safe and encrypted. This gives you more confidence on purchasing goods from our site.- Credit card payments are processed through PayPal which gives you an added security measure when submitting necessary credit card information. PayPal remains the top third party provider for processing payments. We do not store your credit card details on our database.
- Payments can be made through Paypal's express checkout facility which allows you to send us your payments without the need of submitting your credit card details.
- Cookies are small pieces of data sent to your computer when you visit a website so data can be retrieved on your following visit. We use cookies to track our visitors actions which helps us better analyse problems and issues encountered.
